Blue Frontier currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Wire Transfers, cash or checks in $US. .
Beginning September 1st, 2023, all credit card transactions will be charged an additional 3% processing fee.
All estimates are estimates only. As every boat is different, it is impossible to know what any installation will fully require until the boat has been dismantled and work has begun. We will do our best to provide you an accurate estimate before work begins.
Prices, quantities, materials and time are subject to change or substitutions. Travel time, freight, and additional material expenses may not be included in estimates. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the posted date.
Whether Blue Frontier receives a signed estimate back from the customer or not, if the customer provides a deposit for work, it will be considered an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Current labor rate for installation, service and travel is $150/hour.
A deposit is required in-full for the amount of the parts or equipment on jobs estimated over $500.
Blue Frontier labor is warranted 45 consecutive days the completion of service.
Blue Frontier reserves the right to subcontract some services. The billable rate for these services may differ from the estimated rate. The customer will be notified in advance of this possibility.
Blue Frontier will not be responsible for the working condition of equipment supplied by the customer. Any additional labor required to make such equipment functional will be billed at the normal rate. Blue Frontier will not be responsible for warranties on equipment supplied by the customer, including labor to remove non-working equipment.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Interest will be charged at 2% per month and will begin to accrue on unpaid portion of the invoice after 30 day notice is sent. Interest on unpaid balance is backdated to the date of the original invoice.
Partial payments will be applied to the invoice at the discretion of Blue Frontier.
A $50 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
If payment is not received, Blue Frontier will put a lien against the vessel. The value of the lien will include remaining balances from the invoice, including all late fees, interest charged and all fees associated with the administering of the lien, including, but not limited to, legal fees, processing, labor time.
Electronic cartography chips may not be returned after 15 days from date of purchase. All returns must be in original, undamaged packaging, and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Electronics must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. Electronics returned after 15 days will be for credit only. No returns on electronics will be accepted after 30 days from purchase. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
There is no refund of deposits or returns on special order items.
Blue Frontier will make every effort to expedite the sending of invoices to the customer either electronically or through traditional mail services. However, Blue Frontier is not responsible for the failure of the customer to receive the invoice in a timely manner from a third party.
